Heading south, the Bruce Highway takes you passed Babinda Boulders where you can park the campervan and cool off in the crystal clear swimming hole or hike in the rainforest. Back on the road tour through the wetlands of Eubenangee Swamp National Park, call in at pretty Mission Beach and ferry across to Dunk Island. Park the campervan and spend a day hiking the unspoiled forests and beaches of Hinchinbrook Island. Detour off the highway through Paluma National Park before stopping at Townsville. From here you can visit Magnetic Island (you can even take the campervan with you!) and other local attractions before continuing south to Airlie Beach
