  1. Great Ocean Road (Adelaide to Melbourne)
  2. Distance: 1,500 km | 7 - 12 days 
    Stunning coastal scenery, the Twelve Apostles, the Otway rainforest, glow worms, surf towns, waterfalls and wildlife define the Great Ocean Road between Adelaide and Melbourne.

  3. Outback New South Wales (Sydney to Adelaide)
  4. Distance: 1,500 - 2,200 km | 4 - 8 days
    The journey across Australia's outback is one of wide open plains, big starry skies, all-encompassing sunsets, art, emus, kangaroos, and the unique colours of the Australian desert. There are three routes to choose from.     After the beauty of the Great Ocean Roads (for details see road trip #1 above) continue to hug the coast to Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island (famous for its penguins, koalas and other wildlife), Wilson's Promontory and Gippsland Lakes. From here you have a choice - the mountains, cool climate wines, cute alpine villages and Canberra's world class museums along the Alpine drive, or enjoy miles of pristine coastline much of it protected by national parks rich in wildlife, fresh oysters, good fishing and surfing opportunities, beach camping, Nan Tien Buddhist Temple and Pigeon House Mountain summit climb of the coastal route.

  7. Outback and Coast

    Adelaide - Broken Hill (outback) - Sydney | Sydney - Melbourne coast

    This road trip provides a highlight-packed combination of the outback experience (road trip #2) the stunning south coast (road trip #3) and the Great Ocean Road (road trip #1).

  13. Central Australian and Tropics

    Adelaide - Uluru - Darwin | Darwin - Cairns
    This road trip is a combination of outback landscapes and tropical climates. Highlights include Atherton Tablelands and the waterfall circuit, Undara Lava tubes, Karumba, Devils Marbles, Mataranka hot springs, Litchfield National Park, Katherine Gorge in Nitmiluk National Park, Darwin, Uluru and the Olgas and Coober Pedy underground opal mining town. For this trip it might be more economical to take advantage of our campervan buy back deal.

  15. Outback and East Coast to Tropics
  16. Distance: 4,500 km | 5 - 7 weeks
    Adelaide - Broken Hill (outback) - Sydney | Sydney - Byron Bay - Brisbane | Brisbane - Airlie Beach | Airlie - Townsville | Townsville - Cairns
    Get a taste of the outback (road trip #2) then explore Australia's magnificent east coast. This adventure expands on road trip #5 and you can make it as long or as short as you wish. Potential terminating towns include Airlie Beach, Townsville or Cairns.

    After Brisbane, highlights include the Great Sandy National Park, UNESCO World Heritage listed Fraser Island, Hervey Bay whale watching, Agnes Water, Lady Musgrave Island, Capricorn Caves and Airlie Beach, gateway to the Whitsunday Islands.

    From Airlie Beach you travel through verdant fields of sugar cane. Call into Horseshoe Bay in Bowen for a swim and walk among granite boulders to a lookout. 

    After Townsville, stop in for swims at secret swimming holes including Babinda Boulders and Josephine falls. Attempt The Pyramid summit climb, wander through Paronella Park, spend a night camping at Mission Beach and explore Hinchinbrook Island.

  17. The East Coast of Australia
